The Spotfire Analytics Platform
TIBCO Spotfire Analytics Platform is an open analytic platform. It can be automated, integrated, and extended to meet business process challenges and custom application needs. It is used by thousands of customers to gain an information advantage over their competitors.

Configuring the Spotfire Analysis
TIBCO Spotfire makes it easy for you to access, analyze and create dynamic reports on your data. It allows you to visualize and interact with your data to ask the questions needed to draw the right conclusions from your data.

Extending the Spotfire Platform
The Spotfire platform can be extended programmatically. It provides concepts and APIs to solve analytic problems by adding custom capabilities.
The
Knowledge Base
tab embeds a site commenting on frequently discussed topics.
Content in this tab can be reached by using the Search field
or by selecting the tab and browsing the site directly. In the
former case the selected search result is persisted in the URL,
in the latter the base page is displayed.
The
User Doc
tab presents the available online manuals. When a manual is
launched in the tab, two links are available in the upper right
tab corner: The Go to User Documentation Overview link
closes the current manual and returns to the User Documentation
Overview page, clearing any selected user documentation topic
from the URL, and the Launch User Documentation link
opens the active manual in a separate window.
The
API
tab lists the supported APIs. When an API collection is launched
in the tab, two links are available in the upper right tab corner:
The Go to API Overview link closes the current API
collection and returns to the API Overview page, clearing any
selected API topic from the URL, and the Launch API Reference
link opens the active API collection in a separate window.
The
Search
tab presents the indexed resources and describes the search
options. When a search i performed, results are presented in
this tab. The search is persisted in the URL until another search
is performed, or the Go to Search Overview is clicked.
